What is your refund and return policy?

Because our jewellery is handmade to order, all sales are final, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind. If there is any issue with your order or you have received the wrong order, please don't hesitate to contact.

Can I shower with gold filled jewellery?

YES! Gold filled is waterproof and won't fade off like gold plated jewellery, but you do have to treat it with proper care and clean it regularly.

Do you offer repairs?

We deeply value the longevity and wearability of our jewellery, and in most cases, your piece can be repaired — and we’re always happy to help.

Here’s how our repair policy works:

Accidental Damage: If your jewellery was damaged due to external factors — for example, it got caught on something or your toddler gave it a strong tug — we can repair it for you. Repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis (typically around $35), plus a return shipping fee.

Fault Within 3 Months: If your piece breaks within three months of purchase despite careful use, please reach out to us. In these cases, we’ll happily repair it free of charge.
